Based at the company Head Office in Cumbernauld near Glasgow, our modern manufacturing facility boasts the following production capabilities.
- 100 tonne Colgar Press Brake
- 140 tonne Colgar Press brakes with the latest Cybelec CNC controls and a forming capacity of 4 metres in length x 3mm thick in mild steel & 5mm thick in aluminium.
- 150 tonne Adrira Press Brake.
- 160 tonne Servo Press Brake.
- 4 metre x 6mm capacity Adira guillotine.
- 3 metre x 3mm capacity Cincinnati guillotine.
- A Rainer OS 2500 Turret Punch linked to an integral Radan CAD/CAM facility.
- 4mm Colgar guillotine.
- 8 metre x 4 metre Vacuum Bonding machine used to laminate & create composite panels.
- 3 metre x 3mm capacity Power Rolls.
- Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel welding by either T.I.G. or M.I.G. processes.
Transportation
Our internal fleet includes 2 x 18 tonne Mercedes Trucks and
1 x 7 ˝ tonne Mercedes Pick-Up Truck, which enable us to
provide an efficient delivery service to our valued customers.
